01What does it cost, all in?
$2,500 once, then $250 a month. That covers the build, the words, the domain, hosting, your Google listing, and the monthly report and tuning. No setup fees, no surprise invoices.
02How does “love it, or pay nothing” work?
I build the whole site first, and you see it finished at a live link. Love it, you pay and we launch. Don’t, you close the tab and owe me nothing.
03What is the $250 a month doing?
Every month you get a plain-English report: what people searched, how often you showed up, who called. I use it to sharpen your site and your Google listing. Hosting, security, backups, and same-day changes by text are all included.
04What do you need from me?
About an hour. One call so I learn your business, and one look at the finished site. Send photos of your work if you have them. I write the words and handle the domain, hosting, and Google setup.
05I already have a website. Is that a problem?
No, it’s a head start. I rebuild it by hand and keep your domain and anything worth keeping. Old sites usually rank poorly for fixable reasons: slow load, the wrong words, a dead Google listing.
06Do I own it? What if I cancel?
You own everything: the design, the words, the code, the domain. Cancel the monthly anytime with no penalty. I hand you every file and the keys, and your next developer can take it anywhere.
07Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can. But a template is slow, looks like every other site in town, and still leaves you doing the part that matters: getting found. Hand-written code loads fast, reads cleanly to Google and AI assistants, and the monthly work moves you up.
08How long until Google sends me customers?
The site is live in a week. Google takes longer, usually months, not days, as reviews come in and pages get sharpened. The monthly report shows exactly where you stand.
09Can I see a site you’ve built?
Yes. Beachfront Haven in Detroit Lakes, MN is live at beachfronthaven.net. And you’re looking at another one: this site is hand-coded the same way.
